Notes:
▶ Canon takes place in the Regency Era of Great Britain, and includes all the weird social nonsense that went with it. For the sake of rp, I can play fast and loose with these rules, as long as no one tattles.
▶ Kate is not a born member of British nobility. Her younger half-sister Edwina is, and it fell to Kate to teach Ewdina how to be a debutante, thus while she knows precisely how to behave as a young, coming-out lady of the ton, that doesn't mean she always will. But her sister's happiness and future always comes first, so Kate conducts herself properly...most of the time.
▶ Canon & fam, AU fam, other period characters, COME TO ME. Let us write uppity verse together and then break all the rules later.
▶ More than willing to play in modern times, with a little tweakage.
▶ Re: shipping - I'd give all the kindgoms for Anthony Bridgerton (the fights are that epic), but am also open to anyone else with chemistry. Kate has a sharp tongue, a stubborn streak three miles wide, and even though she's a lady, she is more than willing to speak her mind.
